1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

✔ Malaysia (nationwide)
✔ International shipping may be available for selected countries (subject to availability and shipping rates).

If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly shown during checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: 4–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • You may track your parcel directly via the courier’s website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Tea Epoch is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

  • Tea Epoch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist you as quickly as possible.
