Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Your item arrived damaged or defective
✔ Your order is incomplete

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened tea products

  • Used items

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

2. Timeframe to Request a Return

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
