Returns & Exchanges

Store your Tea Epoch teas in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and strong odors. Use a clean, breathable container for Pu-erh tea cakes, or an airtight tin for loose leaf teas.

Yes! High-quality Pu-erh tea can improve over time when stored properly. The flavor becomes smoother, deeper, and more complex as it ages.

If your tea smells musty, sour, or has visible mold, it should not be consumed. Properly stored Pu-erh tea should smell clean, earthy, and pleasant.
